for the value in the right pane ServicePackSourcePath

which should be set to C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles

If it is do not delete. So dont delete whatever path it specifies.

That folder is were some needed service pack files reside. In seems to me though its only used if you wish to use Windows File Protection.

All of these are:

c:\windows\system32
c:\windows\system32\dllcache
(SP1 And SP2)c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386

So I would not delete it unless you do not care a rats behind about WFP. In that case I wouuld make a ghost backup before hand and see what happens. Of course make sure WFP is disabled.
