Hello,
I believe the final release of sp1 is 14 Aug. Could one of you experts take a few minutes to summarize their findings of testing sp1.
Particularly:
1. Does sp1 work with all versions of XP (Home, Pro, MSDN)?
2. What are the major benefits of installing sp1 (faster, fewer crashes)?
3. Does the average user really need it?
4. Is it going to put a dent in the pirated versions (naughty, naughty boys!) above and beyond users of the FCK.. key?
5. Is it best to wait a while after the 14th or whenever the final is released to see how things shake out (i.e. bugs in sp1)?
