I think I found the bug. 
Edit: F.Y.I. - The error page only happens when I have already viewed the "View New Posts" link and then log out, clean cookies & temp files and then log back in and try the "View New Posts" link again when there are no new posts since my last visit. The cleaning of cookies and temp files may or maynot have any effect, I'm thinking not. I never test any other way.
