This is true, the DriveImage version for server os is called Powerquest Deploy Center 5 and isn't compatible with the images builded with DriveImage 2002.
Anyway, you can change the os with NTSwitch switching the .NET in XP then you can install the program and run it.
I use .NET and DriveImage2002 but with the DOS boot disk: no problem
