Make IE even faster. 
Make temp internet files into RAM. I personally have set aside 128mb for it using RamDisk XP. Which back ups the folder when I restore computer. I only use it to keep cookies after restart as all temp internet files are deleted when ie broswer is closed.
Much much much faster. Just like firefox.
