With the new build I've had to start using a download manager. If I don't the download gets between 25 - 50 % and just stalls. Every download I've tried with IE reacts this way.
Yep, I too can confirm it HotRod. The problem is now actually
half-fixed for me. Although the File Download box is now coming up, the file does not download successfully. A 7 MB file finishes downloading within 5 seconds (in dialup). But the download is not complete.
