Boot your computer with the Windows XP CD. When prompted to Setup or Repair, choose Repair. In the Recovery Console, enter the following commands.

C:
ATTRIB -H NTLDR
ATTRIB -S NTLDR
ATTRIB -R NTLDR
COPY E:\I386\NTLDR C:\
Y
EXIT
