Okay, I've had this problem before and somehow managed to fix it. It involved editting the registry and adding in missing information.
I've found the QA post on Microsoft's site, but it involves editting win.ini. I've tried this and it doesn't work.
Of course, I can't find where I saved the info and have been looking over an hour now to find it - to no avail. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?
