Block the game name in the firewall and then have his account with limited access and the firewall program be password protected.......You could use the excuse that people are getting in systems without passworded programs.

He'd know I did it on purpose... I'd rather just have the router block the ports the program uses on his IP address - which I can do... (he doesn't know how to change static IPs).
And if he asks me why it isn't working, I can tell him it is down for some reason... I am good at making up creative things... LOL :lol1:
