Damn, Javaw.exe NEVER dropped below 99% on this machine, TorrentStorm, at the moment, has 6 processes runing and i am using less than 4% of my cpu.
Though.. I don't think I've tried TorrentStorm. Q -> In your experimentation with the tool, how are the download / upload rates?
I'm on 51.2\25.6 ADSL, if i set my global upload rate at 15 KB\sec i get 46KB\Sec down.
