Guys it does not delete it. It just gets disabled.
At least thats what is suppose to happen. With beta 1 it did remove but rc1 does not. At least not on three of my computers. And two of my friends.
Anyways just open internt options for ie and go to security tab and customize it and make jure MS Java is not set to disabled.
