Um yea bear that does sound odd.
But anyways if your using an nvida card u can open nvida adv. and go to agp settings and change it.
Think you need 53.03 drivers from nvidia.com
Anyways u just right click on the desktop and choose propties and settings tab. click adv. click your card tab. and then go to agp settings on the left side and change it.
And yea a agp setting should be in your bios. Enter bios using f1, delete, or maybe f2. or maybe even f12. Maybe its hidden in your bios. U can try to use ctrl f1 and see what happens.
