Sorry but I'm not quite sure what you mean.
Do you want to know how to share files on irc?
If it is this, I must point out that BetaOne is not a warez place, however sharing a Longhorn alpha would probably be ok
If you want to know where members get the news from and information that is posted on BetaOne and on the irc channel, well they must be busy searching the internet for useful stuff.
Not sure if this is what you were asking for, but hopefully it helped
