Hello! My name is Tubebuoy and I'll be your Mod this evening. All Mods are assigned particular forums where they will be of most use to the board.
Me? Well, I have no talent or skills (nor a sense of humor for that mater) so I've been assigned to the Chit-Chat and Comments forums. My main duty is to slap people up-side the head when they post inappropriate links and to move threads when posted in the wrong forum.
I'm also supposed to explain myself wile performing my duties. This usually involves things like "Please post news in the news forum" or "Sounds like a software problem to me, thread moved to software forum". Pretty heavy,huh?
At first glance this may seem a somewhat moronic position but, I happen to think it's the SINGULAR most important job on this board! You see, it's my "Go-Go Monkey" work ethic which allows the REST of the crew (the guys WITH talent, skills, AND a sense of humor) to provide YOU! (The member!) with one of the best experiences on the web by being able to concentrate on the OTHER forums where a little knowledge (not one of my strong points) comes in handy.
Rest assured member, ALL of the Mods here are just as serious as I am (minus the "Go-Go Monkey" part) in providing our members with as comfortable, informative, and FUN a board as we can.
