You can try this. Only for advanced users. Dont not try this without backup your entire system first and only if you know what you are doing and willing to reinstall windows.

This seems to only work with nvida grahpic crards and at least 512mb or ram.

And it changes your default IE serach engine to Google. It is also optimized for a broadband connection.
