hmm, if i can remember the name of the program there is a program that can restrict access to folders, programs, control panel applets, anything you can think of on a per user basis, i think it is called OnGuard, i'm not sure who makes it or if there is a version that works with XP, i haven't looked at it in a while, *goes to look*
