I vaguely remember a Norton recycle bin that used to be a part of all that Norton stuff. Find it, rightclick it and either empty it or set it to zero-size (disabling it) or both maybe... Not everybody needs two recycle bins. Maybe this doesn't help a shit. Sorry for beeing so unprecisely. I ditched all Norton stuff way back but that is another topic (I mean, what do you need it for?)
