not really....the above does not reallly applies to my location...
all we need to do is just to feedback to them that the deliver time was longer than normal, the food was cold by the time they send it to me and it taste horrible....and bingo.... u'll get a free bottle of pepsi or a free loaf of garlic bread or maybe a free regular pizza..
