I have it too for my PS2 but sometimes when it loads the game Lara is all messed up with strange poligonal shapes sticking out of her, with some expanding all the way across the room she is in.
Reloading gets it back to normal. It's very strange
Also I wish there was a completed guide for it on the internet. All I could find was Nick The Rouge's guide at
www.tombraidergirl.com if anyone wants to use it. It only goes up to Prague though at the moment
