Hey Bads,

Perhaps that is the "tearing" effect people have been talking about with various games... Do you have wait for v-sync enabled? Perhaps turning this off will help you... Another thing is to be sure your monitor is running at 75Hz or better refresh rate... WinXP has a habit of keeping you at 60Hz all the time... I recommend a free utility called ReForce... It locks your refresh rates to whatever you want (or what your monitor is capable of)... If you need a copy of this utility, and can't find it online, send me a PM and I'll give it to you.

Maybe try updating the game to the most recent patch?

The only other thing I can think of is that it is a video card driver issue.. Perhaps updating your drivers...

By the way - I have the game on my PS2... It's a very fun game... Takes a bit of getting used to the controls, but overall, I am enjoying it!
