Another solution is to download our instant messenger called MessageONE from
www.betaone.net/im - this has a build in IRC client and instant messaging amongst b1 members.
The quickest way to get on IRC is to go to
www.betaone.net/irc, type a nick, press OK, and your on.... But for reqular users we reccomend more feature-packed clients than the web based one.
