mine does this exact same thing
you can get to his under construction page via reborndog.ath.cx, or over his ip, but if he types in his own wan ip, or reborndog.ath.cx, from his own lan, he can't get to it, mine does the exact same thing, anybody can get to it except for me behind my lan, i have to put my domain name in my hostfile, and point it to 127.0.0.1 for it to work
