By the screenshot what I am gonna say is all clear. You will see in Word, the Title of the Document is before the name of the application i.e. Office Word 2003.

But in Excel and all other Office products it is the other way around.

I would like to suggest that it would be better to have the Title of the document first before the name of the application. Then, by a glance at the task bar it is easier to see which excel sheet/database/etc. is opened.
