Mine used to be AsianElvis when I first joined this forum (which also happened to be the first time I ever joined a forum). That name was originally used because, I am of Asian descent and Elvis because I was amused at how many "Asian Elvises" there were in the world. I had it changed to Nemesis here after I found out my brother was using AsianElvis as HIS nickname.
I chose Nemesis because I am a weather forecaster...ok--I'm really a "Weathercaster" (a forecaster without a Bachelors in Meteorology). And when it comes to forecasting the weather, it's my (and I'm sure most meteorologists') "Nemesis". Enigma would have fit perfectly but it has been used many times over. I know--so has Nemesis but I got tired of trying to find one that hasn't been used already anywhere else so I just shortened it from "WxNemesis" which happens to be my e-mail account name.
That and Mephistopheles(from my BBS days) was just too long a name to type.
