The companies that are exempt from the registry, really aren't. If you tell them not to call you, and they persist, they are also liable for that $11,000 fine too, according to the web site. It's about time too. I pay for my phone specifically for my private use. If they want to use my phone for their marketing purposes, they can also pay my bill every month!
Exempt means exempt. You know not of what you speak. People will have high hopes for this thing, but in a few months you'll all see this thing has more holes that swiss cheese! We've had a state no-call list in Minnesota since January and it's a joke. No call SHOULD mean NO CALL. None. Nada. Zero.
