Honestly, I would hold off buying a new card for your current system, as even with a new card it's barely going to be able to run current and upcoming games (such as Warcraft 3). For under $1000, you could find a budget system that, while it would not be able to run these new games and the blazing fast framerates of $2000 plus machines, it would be able to actually run them.
