MinnesotaKid, I don't do that because I do receive e-mail from people not in my book. SpamWeed is working at more than 90% today. It let 1 of 25 through on one of my e-mail accounts. I have 2 ISP's and SpamWeed will handle both. It's simple and silent. It automatically sends me an e-mail at periods I specify to tell me what was blocked in case I forget to look. On day one it considered 2 valid e-mails as junk, All I had to do was a mouse click to add those to the White List.
I use hotmail for my registrations to boards and stuff. It's filter is about as effective as McAfee Spam Killer--70% or so.
I got on a lot of spam lists after making some posts on news groups. But, I also note that scanners seem to be able to get into isp data bases. I'm getting some spams with headers that show 4 and 5 adresses on the same spam, in alpha order.
