just_do_IT is an unknown quantity at this point
I found this:

1. In Control Panel, double-click Power Options, click the APM tab, and then click to clear the Enable Advanced Power Management Support check box.

2. Restart the computer.

3. Go back into the Control Panel, double-click Power Options, click the APM tab, and then click to select the Enable Advanced Power Management Support check box.

That should get it. you may only need to do step 3 then 2 if it is not already selected.
