If it says something else like standard computer or something you could maybe try removing the device and letting it autodetect and install the correct drivers or if that doesn't work you could try newer drivers for your motherboard. If it is an intel chipset you could try the intel application accelerator which might solve the problem with newer drivers

Or maybe you have a conflict in device manager, check for any exclamation marks beside items and check the error
