1. Goto the memberlist page
http://www.betaone.net/forums/index.php?act=Members
2. Change the first dropdown box from "Search all Available to "Name begins with"
3. Type the letter you want to select by, i.e.- P for Poolman in the open field to the right
4. Take a look
(You may want to change the default of 10 results per page to a higher one)
