well this is how a cue file of a normal bin file looks like:

 TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
   INDEX 01 00:00:00
another example:

   INDEX 01 00:00:00
remember the cue file to be in the same folder as the bin file.
for the same size of an Image, bin files are larger than iso files. personally i would prefer creating iso files rather than bin files.
