if u got the licence for the song file:
i think the following method should work:
(1.1) wmp > licence management > back up now > back them up to a floppy or (1.2). go to the folder where wmp backed up your licence (usually \My Music\Licence Backup (a hidden folder) and copy the folder to your other pc
(2) in that 2nd pc, go to wmp > licence management > restore now and choose your floppy
(3) u shud now be able to play your protected content

if u have lost the licence for the song file:
did u encode them with copy protection on?
what version of wma is that? wma2, wma7, wma8 or wma9?
there is a program called unf**k.exe to decrypt wma2 or wma7 files, that's what i learnt from this thread here:

btw, i still miss my two audio albums. ripped them with copy protection - accidently. that was like two years ago. i have lost the audio cds now. and missing the songs as well.
