I am running right now Windows 2003 with IIS 6!

I got a whos_online script from google "whos online scripts" its like the 1st one or something. But I dont know how to implament it on my html pages, its php and uses mysql as a backend. I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff! i'll post the script, because I know nothing about programming php

Can it be done?
