open up httpd.conf in a text editor
somewhere in the file that should be a directive that says Listen 80 , that's the port number that apache is set to listen on
change that to whatever port you want it on, and restart apache
go to your router / firewall, open the port, forward it to your pc, and then anybody should be able to access it over
