- I am not familiar with that proxy server and will look it up to see what I can about it but the easiest way is to just go get or make one long cat5 cable and plug your mom's computer into your hub (assuming your router has the ports) and let the router do the nat
How far apart are the 2 systems? Are they on the same floor?

Edit - Try this:
go to CCProxy "settings" and uncheck "Mail proxy"
That should turn off the mail proxy that the &#(*&@#!))!_^&^$&) Spammers are using
