1. Yes, you have to extract files from the ISO onto your hard-disk.

2. You can change your target hard-drive from C: to any other drive E: or F: which gets enough free space (8 G. 4 GB is for holding the contents of source root and another 4 GB is for CDIMAGE's compilation process.
