I'm sure i could work around this by applying static ip address' for the network, and then configuring the DNS servers, but i don't have a static ip from my internet provider...
Get yourself a free DDNS ( Dynamic DNS ) provider, like
www.no-ip.com,
register 1 domain for each computer you have in your local network.
Then you connect using your domain name, like "xpatriot1.no-ip.com",
