I still use frontpage for some things, but Dreamweaver and Golive are a lot more powerful. One tip I can give you is if you're seriously into learning web design, whatever editor you use, as you do stuff, take a look at the underlying html as you go. That's how I started off and learned html. Frontpage does have templates you can use. If you click format / themes, you'll get a list of templates installed, and I'm pretty sure you can get more from Microsoft somewhere. I *think* Dreamweaver has some built in flash buttons too you can produce.
