Log in with the admin account, create a new dialup connection, when you get to the "Internet Account Information" screen un-check the box titled "Use This Account Name And Password When......... etc". Upon fifnishin the wizard the connection display properties will be displayed for the first time- make sure that the "ME Only" radio button is highlighted.
Only the admin account will have the user name and password stored.
