I made complaints in the past, no go with comcast, they say NO they cant do anything about that and then try and sell you the package that is twice as much
Well the person you get on the phone that says they are a tech really can't do anything about it. Well other than what I asked them to do and that was just note my account that I'm having a problem getting the 15kb/s and put my idea about moving the cap a little higher so I can rech the 15kb/s. Which it seems someone seen and took action.
