Well, here is just some simple steps:

Extract the web setup program onto the desktop

right click on tw32.exe

Choose "Properties"

Under Compatibilty Mode, choose "Windows XP"

Click "Ok" to save the setting

Double-click on tw32.exe

wallah! wait for it to install!
