pcservicetech is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm sure you probably have tried that and even Dell if not you should. Dell is really into ATI thier new notebooks can be ordered with a Radeon 7500 and 64MB RAM.

I find it strange if they have not provided an update yet.

I know for a fact there are a ton of ATI drivers at they Windows corporate update site.
