Then again, does DMA only refer to UDMA66? If that's the case, then I guess I can't since the drive only supports UDMA33 but it's kinda of unsettling when Nero InfoTool says that it isn't enabled at all.
I think I found my own answer. According to the Intel Application Accelerator, all my drives ARE running in DMA mode and I got worked up about nothing. Just to make sure, I tried burning a disk at the max speed and it worked...so I guess no DMA problems here.
I guess I should trust Intel more than Nero on this matter. Thanks, roadworker, for giving me some suggestions to try. It was much appreciated.
