Yep adam I have sucumbed to the dreaded incredible mail...... tried the other addon for outlook which is a prog called High Impact........the only Impact it had on me was to F**k up Outlook, I could not open new message........so I dumped it load of pants really.........had addon incredimail for ages but never tried it, so I thought what the heck...........for all what I have said about it, this actually restored my Outlook.........yea I like it......been up for ! week now and letter creator still works...only thing is... Rocky is getting Jealous I think
