HTML Mail is *not broken*, but merely blocked by default (identical to Outlook 2002).
Still, I prefer the default look of Office 11 to that of Office XP's apps.
The *replace, not upgrade* paradigm for Outlook exists for a reason: Outlook (and Outlook Express) share common files, and Outlook has never allowed multiple versioning of itself (this has been a major pain for certain classes of Outlook users that *require* multiple versions of Outlook).
