unicorn is on a distinguished road
Since years I have used Daemon-tools, with all machines, and enjoyed the benefits; some CDs never needed to be burned, fast "CD" over the LAN and so on.

Now I understand a similar product called Alcohol might be an option. Is there anyone that have experience from both products? Can you please tell me something about them compared to each other? My main question is basically "Should I switch from Daemon-tools to Alcohol?".

Please, not answers like "I like Alcohol", , or Daemon-tools is free" and such short uninformative things one sometimes see. I would appreciate opinions based upon experience. To me it's very important with a reliable machine that doesn't hang for example.

Thanks in advance!
