Just for the hell of it i created a new hotmail account to try it out for you. It works fine for me- created the account from scratch via the hotmail website and entered the details in Outlook Express on XP SP1. Still working

@Le Cactus, I haven't installed a FireWall.
I really dunno why this thing happens to me. It has never happened to me. I will continue my Outlook XP. Thanks guys for the replies. I will let you know when I get out this problem, one day.
