One of my friends, is really in a dillemma on which one to buy ASUS or SAMSUNG for a CD Burner. At the moment, in his country, only the above mentioned brands are available.
I couldn't give him a firm answer today. Those prices in the poll are near estimates which are converted from his currency to A$ (just to give you an idea that ASUS 52x burner is slightly expensive than the SAMSUNG 42x burner).
Both burners got the burn-proof technology.
ASUS 52x got a 2mb buffer memory while SAMSUNG got a 8mb buffer memory.
I am slight in favour for the SAMSUNG cos it has got 8mb buffer memory...but bit hesitant cos of its brand name is not much popular for me...
Any ideas please?....
