find these 2 keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Explorer
look for:
NoFileMenu (add it if not there/DWORD Value)
0 = disabled, 1 = enabled
wonder what I did to make it disappear
