Norton Unerase only works if you had Norton Protection enabled on your Recycling Bin BEFORE you hit the delete key. It also (by default) purges files in the protected recycling bin after 7 days or so. You can try using RecoverNT found on the SuperUTL cd created by the master khauyeung. I have not used that utility before, but from what I have read about it on the release notes, it looks like it should be able to do the trick.
